This small Church dedicated to San Nicola has been richly decorated in the 16 th century with frescoes,

all of them being carried out by painters of the school of Lo Spagna.

The apse is thought that is painted by the Master's hand.

The frescoes on the lateral walls have been commissioned

by various devotees and are a very clear example

of the reuse of the same model  - the so-called

"cartoon" - for the same

iconographic

theme.
